Each of us is under individually dynamic circumstances. Yet we all have in our experience, adverse childhood events. There are many who have experienced traumatic; medical, emotional and physical events, resulting in anxiety, depression, PTSD, Etc. The integration of understanding the psychological aspects related to these forms of trauma with the hormonal and neurological processes that sustain them. The traumatic stress reactions involving emotional, cognitive, and behavioral consequences will empower them through knowledge; how it develops, manifests, and affects one's life, and how to manage it.
